How do you wrap your products?

All the products are wrapped in shock and water proof packaging material.

How do you box your products? Are they discreetly packaged?

All the products are wrapped in a plain boxes on which you find only our and yours address. We don´t use the name of our e-shop on it(only company name - BRAND TRADING).

What covers the Shipping and packaging fee?

This fee covers freight, insurance and customs clearance (from Czech Republic).
